There used to be a stall at my local farmers' market that sold it from time to time, but I haven't seen it in awhile. I love it, and will be looking for it this spring. Thank you for the inspiration.
I love its slightly bitter leaves and lemon flavour. It’s like sorrel crossed with spinach. So, so good. I keep meaning to try growing it here in Wales…
